Administration Staff:

Whether on the phone or in person, our administration staff are courteous, compassionate, and professional. They go the extra mile to assist patients in scheduling appointments, and in making sure that patients understand procedural preparation instructions.  Our administrative staff is an important part of TEC's team to ensure that patients have a positive experience from the time they arrive to the time they leave. Often working behind the scenes, the team ensures that family physicians receive timely reports, and are kept up to date with regards to findings and results.

 

Nursing Staff:

Our nurses are amongst the best - highly trained and always compassionate. They are attentive to patients and their friendly nature helps patients feel comfortable and at ease during their appointments. During the procedure and in recovery, our nurses make sure patients' needs are met and that their care surpasses expectations. Some patients may arrive feeling nervous but they always leave with a smile! Our certified reprocessing technicians are organized and pay attention to details in processing our scope equipments. Exceeding the standards, they ensure that all scope equipments at TEC are properly cleaned and sanitized and carefully inspected after each use. Reprocessing staff takes pride in their work as they are an integral part of the TEC team in ensuring health and safety for our patients.

Medical Device Reprocessing Staff:

Our certified reprocessing technicians are organized and pay attention to details in processing our scope equipments. Exceeding the standards, they ensure that all scope equipments at TEC are properly cleaned and sanitized and carefully inspected after each use. Reprocessing staff takes pride in their work as they are an integral part of the TEC team in ensuring health and safety for our patients.

Doctors:

​

Our board-certified specialists are fellows of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. They include surgeons, gastroenterologists, and anesthesiologists who have privileges at local GTA hospitals, allowing for efficient patient access to hospital if necessary. TEC’s specialist are carefully chosen to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care for their assessments, procedures and follow-ups. Compassion and expertise are the pillars of care at TEC.
